I would like to start our week's affirmation with a quote taken from a Swedish Proverb:
"Fear less, hope more. Eat less, chew more. Whine less, breath more. Talk less, say more, love more and all good things will be yours."
Here are two very good reasons to practice positive thinking: it reduces stress and improves your health, need we say more. But with daily affirmations, you are reprogramming your inner voice and helps you take on difficult situations in life with a more positive outlook and in a more productive way.
