Pasta and vegetables!

Boil the water with a bit of salt and olive oil, use whole grain pasta, your choice of macaroni, or spaghetti. When it's done, add a bit of olive oil again, and add broccoli, also add green, yellow, red bell peppers cut in small pieces. Mix, let it sit a few minutes over low heat. Cool it and eat like salad. You can put salad dressing on top if you wish, or Parmesan cheese. You want your vegetables crunchy, more nutritious that way.

I just prepared a bowl for my daughter and she is enjoying it very much and I am enjoying watching her eat those veggies ;)
