Looking at this week's GREEN product, a flexible OLED (organic light-emitting diode) display. Believe it or not it's only ( .3 mm ) thick, no kidding, less than ( 1 mm ) thick, it's as light as a leaf that holding it up in a strong wind might...make you run some laps!
This energy-effecient Sony prototype is 2.5 inches and has a resolution of 160x120.
